Our sourcing criteria requires potential properties to boast significant footfall, main road access and amenities i.e. City centers, Town centers, hospitals, universities, etc. Rather then let our hard work go to waste, we are now offering developers and investors access to these lucrative opportunities.
We source properties based on the clients requirements, regardless weather it be north of the country or south. Our team is structured to operate in multiple regions, hence increasing our span in all directions. Introducing a service sourcing commercial property on behalf of clients, would contribute towards our existing overheads i.e. lease car hire, fuel costs, fleet insurance, hotels, etc.
We offer our clients uncapped property proposals and commission based fees, with commission invoiced "when the client enters into an Applicable contract with a prospective Seller" Our commission is based upon 3% of the purchase price (capped at £500,000) and 1.5% of any purchase price thereover.
We discuss the clients requirements through a initial telephone consultation i..e. types of properties, development plans, locations, specific regions, limitations, exclusions, etc.
All clients are required to sign and adhere, to the introductory and non disclosure agreement, hence protecting the interests of all the parties involved.
